My usual place to have my oil changed was unavailable, and I was leaving town the next morning. They were able to get me in at 8am for oil change, and tire rotation. They were very friendly and were finished in no time. After I got home, I had a question about my oil plug, spoke with Brandon, the manager, who was very friendly and professional. We discussed some of the things that could have caused the issue, only one of the possibilities could have been their fault. He has kindly offered a refund of the cost of my oil change. He went above and beyond what anyone would have expected him to do, he truly made me know that he cared about my personal safety. A very good experience! Thank you!
