Got a nail in my tire driving from Cleveland, Ohio to Chattanooga, TN. Walked in and they took my car right away and started working on it. Excellent customer service. Needing new tires is never fun, but the guys at Eagle Tire Pros made it as painless as possible.

Nothing but outstanding service to us after we had low tire pressure in our right rear tire. They found a screw in the tire leading to the low air pressure which could have led to a blow out on us. Extremely thankful for their service and kind words to help us continue fo travel safely on our mission trip.

After my son ruined a tire and having a used tire put on from another shop in town, he had a flat when he woke up next day. I noticed the valve stem was leaking and took the car to Eagle tire pros and they found both front valve stems were leaking. They replaced the valve stems. 2 days later flat tire again. Took car back and they found a piece of metal in the used tire we purchased (from another tire store) and repaired it free of charge. This is the kind of stand up, honest, and helpful people at the Eagle tire pro location really are. I highly recommend Eagle tire pros to anyone needing quality service in the Jacksboro Lafollette Caryville area.
