Courteous staff, and efficiency

We are from Florida and were in town visiting some friends (and escaping hurricane Dorian) when one of the tires in our van picked up a nail of some kind. Our friends recommended we go to Eagle Tire Pros to get it looked at. They had used them once before and said they were pretty good. Pretty good doesn’t even come close to describing our experience there. Not only were they courteous and professional, they had us in and out in under 30 minutes… from just a walk-in! They really took care of us. I can’t speak highly enough of the excellent service, excellent customer experience, and super friendly staff that would make me a customer for life if we actually lived here. Our friends that live here said they would be using them for all of their tire needs from now on. Thank you Eagle Tire Pros! You were such a blessing to us!

My experience at Eagle Tire was very good. I stopped by to check on s specific brand and size tire for my vehicle . l dealt with Mike who is the manager he quickly ordered my tires and told me to call him the next day for a time to install them. I called the next day as instructed was given a time to come in .My wife took our car in they quickly mounted and balanced our tires . This is a great place to do business I would recommend it to anyone.

They’re always able to get me scheduled when it’s most convenient for me, and work begins on my vehicle before my appointment time. Thorough explanations of what needs to be done are always clear. The quality of their work and the prices are as fantastic as their customer service!

Brandon has always been great when scheduling my vehicles and always works me in if I have an emergency. The entire staff does excellent work and I have never had a single issue with anything they have done.

I went to get my tire patched and they found that my tie rod was going to snap it was rated a 9 out of 10 on the dangerous side if it hadn't been for him just looking over my car while it was up in the air I could have been in a serious accident I travel the highway a lot so thanks to them going above and beyond duty on this one i would give them more than 5 stars if I could
